Return Policy

We get it — shopping without trying things on can be a pain. That’s why Bête Noire is proud to offer a exchange-friendly policy.

We’ve updated our return policy as of 10/18/25. While we’ve always aimed to remain return-friendly, it has recently become necessary to adjust our terms. All purchases made after 10/17/25 will be eligible for exchange only. Please review your measurements carefully and reference our size chart before placing your order.

Please note:

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

• International orders may incur additional duties and taxes; Bête Noire is not responsible for these import fees.

Exchanges:

• As of 10/18/25 we no longer accept returns. All purchases are exchange only.

• We accept exchanges on ready-to-wear, gowns, suits, accessories, and in-stock items.

• Items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery to be eligible for return or exchange.

• All items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have original tags attached.

• Clearance, couture, and custom-size orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items that have already been exchanged are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

  We’ll ship your exchange free of charge once we receive your original item.

  Shipping fees are non refundable.

Rush service fees are non refundable.

We stand by our quality. Any sizing or quality concerns MUST be reported within 7 days of package delivery.
